    I have a windows vista.

    I done this 100% correctly, then when i went to see how much it had improved, it didn’t improve, it made it WORSE!

    It went from:
    Download: 434kbps
    Upload: 101kbps

    NOW:
    Download: 430kbps
    Upload 98.8 kbps

    WTF?
