First : install firefox
2 install adblock plus plugin
3 upgrade ur sistem specs (you need at least 100 mb free space 1 gb memory(4vista) 3 gh cpu (4 flash plugins)
4 do not bloat firefox with useless plugins
5 use a decent antivirus, a decent free one is avast
6 avoid adware ….
