you need to make a vista info. well. the good news for vista user. some of the work on making your pc faster is done auto. i not going to say about Reg Fix. vista suppose to fix it self, but who really know now day. 1 more thing. if your tower start making nose. that real bad. you may need a new hard drive and following this video will not help you at all!

lower the settings, maybe download configs, do this disk cleanup, exit tasks down on the bottom right Task Bar.

To IPTUI: It does not delete the programs, It will only delete unnecessary things so its safe. in firefox it will delete private history such as the URLS you have been visiting. if you do it in firefox.
do any of these delete say like mozilla firefox or stuff u have dowloaded?

It compress all the file so that when you load up a file , it takes less then time to open it. Just like gathering up all the kids in one place for a head count , job done will be much faster.
