didnt seem to speed up mine at all.. pretty sure i followed all the steps. Only tricky part was cutting and pasting the last 3 numbers of my I.P address.. didnt see anywhere to paste it on my network setting screen. there was a part where i just click on my PC NAME.. so thats wut i did to replace the ip address part.. maybe thats where i got messed up and it didnt work.

This actually slowed down my torrent downloads to around 450 B/s – yes that’s not even half a kilobyte a second.
Went from 25 to 35-58 kb/s XD
erm.. But I am only downloading from 20, out of 255, seeders.. is that normal?

well……. it went from 800mb/s to 7.1kb/s….so i guess thats improvement
