Well i have a PC With Vista Ultimatum and i have dual monitors too.. before i have to use big wallpaper that can use only in dual screen (wallpapers) then i found out a software that can do different wallpapers in each different screens i tried it works… if u wanna try it the software name is Display Fusion Desktop Wallpapers
you can change the background. you have to have a certain dual screen one though.

yeah it is on windows, i had it on xp, with two different monitors but i was using desktoptopia so that feature could have been built in
