   There’s a log in button and you just enter your user ID and password. If you haven’t made an account, you can do so online or with an option on the bike main screen.

   if your gym has 4 bikes, then 4 people can race at the same time. You race people in your own gym and you compare your times to those online.

   I am sooooooo addicted to the Expresso Bikes. It is like a big exercise video game. It is fun, it keeps all of your bike stats and times online and you race your last or best time (Ghost) on the course you choose so it pushes you by racing yourself or other people around the world.
