    If your camera is, arcsoft,
    it probably looks like shit.
    Return it,
    save up for a flip,
    or an insignia 720 HD.
    Both great cameras man.

    @SpideyClown Because its digital sound. It is recodging all the electronic interference from the connections within the camera. As annoying as it is, its actually a sign of quality recording. It can be removed by running the audio through a simple noise reduction process in an audio editor.

    HELP….i bought a similar one & wheni play the test vid on my comp,,its all “Pixely” but its fine when viewed onthe camera. i also downloaded the software it came with..arcsoft? is it my cam or the software?

    I just got this camera, and really do like it. Opinions seem to vary on this, but I actually do like the fact that you can just drop in two easily-available AA batteries to power it.
