   I have this exact case. The plug wich should connect the Micro USB went inside the case when I was trying to plug the usb in. I did not use force. Now it’s broken. Sent a warranty request to mophie. All this happened within 6 days.

   The battery pack is great to have and slim enough to put in your pocket. One thing is that mine tends to heat up so can be a little uncomfortable in your pocket (ouch). Thanks for commenting.

   It is excellent and great for use if you need to charge your battery also the case is very nice too.

   My top piece of the mophie juice pack air broke off and contacted mophie for help. They are sending me a new plastic piece at no charge and that is excellent service. thanks mophie!

   With the new iPhone 3.0 software the battery life is reduced so this comes in very handy each day for me.

    I think the connection plug needs to be redesigned as it is very difficult to put in the bottom of the unit. Sometimes I feel like I am gong to break it as well. They have great service and sure they will fix it for you.
