I would like to know whether the additional softwares installed in a PC is to be done in a separate partition (like D:\, E:\, etc.) other than the windows partition (eg. C:\Program Files\) for better performance, or should it be installed in ‘C:\Program Files’ itself.

The external cases are bout $45.00 (trademe New Zealand) but if you really shop around you can get them (from trademe) for $16.00. I purchased my case from trademe, New Zealand. If anyone got a cheaper place for us to visit, a web address would be great. cheers.
